Daily Progress Report is an Office Utility tools specially designed for offices and workplaces. This app helps the business owners to access business on the go and provides control over various business operations.
Application Features:
1. This Application has two Different Interfaces -
(a) Admin/Manager Interface
(b) Employees/User Interface
2. The Admin/Manager will have access to the both Interfaces (a) and (b). The admin/manager have following special features:
i. A super admin have full permission to access and control all the features in this
application including employees dashboard.
ii. The Managers have limited control over administration and they'll have full
control over the people he is managing.
iii. A super admin can add/Remove New contracts/projects, New Contract locations,
New Employees, Custom Calendar Leaves.
3. Timesheet and Progress Report: The admin have full access to view all Timesheets and Progress Reports based on specific date, Month Name and Specific Employee. The admin will also have an option to export/share PDF/Excel Sheet on Email or WhatsApp.
4. Contract/Projects List Projection on Google maps. This allows admin/manager to directly access Project details based on locations.
5. Employees list and their profile view option to the admin/managers. The admin will have access to view complete details about an employee. The admin can export employees profile in pdf through email. The admin will also have the options to take action on employee or can add new employees.
6. Organisation Calendar: This feature is for the both Employees and Admin/managers. The admin/manager will have the option to add custom leaves into the organisation calendar which get synchronised with the entire team.
7. Push Notification feature: This feature enabled to send special announcements to the entire team.
8. Employees Dashboard: This feature in is specially designed for organisation's employees with their operations.
An employee can do the following things from Employees Dashboard:
(a) Can view their own timesheet/progress report based on specific date, Month Name. They also will also have an option to export/share their own timesheet into PDF/Excel Sheet on Email or WhatsApp.
(b) An employee will be working on the field can submit their progress report directly through the app. The app will allow to submit progress report with location, progress details and images to the reporting person (project manager).
(c) Other features - Can view basic detail about their reporting person, Notification alerts, Organisation Leave Calendar (View only), Help & support, Document Resources, option to update account/profile details.
